Great tv for a great price! I purchased this TV as a black Friday sale so I could gift it to my children on Christmas so they could play their new Nintendo switch on it!

I am beyond disappointed in Hisense and Best Buy. I buy a Roku TV from you, which had a broken screen when I took it out of the box, and neither of you will do the right thing and offer me an exchange. You can see that I haven't even taken the protective padding off of the edges, but both of you claim the other company is to blame. I don't want a refund, I just want to exchange it. This TV isn't even a year old, but the "limited warranty" is really limited, as in useless. Shame on you both for selling defective products and not treating your customers properly.

Bought this to put in our Airbnb since Roku guest mode is great for short-term rentals, but unfortunately it turned into a paperweight shortly after the return window. It just keeps cycling on and off and there is no way to hard reset it. Absolute trash.

Unfortunately this TV didnt pan out. The saying "you get what you pay for" is very true when it comes to TV's. This one had some weird swirls in the display making it basically impossible to watch because of how distracting they were. The audio was good but I couldn't get past the poor picture quality.

My tv is showing vertical lines and I just got his tv last month didn’t hit it or nothing customer service isn’t answering me at all I have no warranty this is completely unfair

Never got to use it. The first one i oicked uo was cracked upon ooening it. The second one was broekn once I hooked it up. It was broken both times lesding me to believe thst it is a bad design and easily broken. I ended up bringing both back.

Kind of flimsy but only needed it as a spare. You get what you pay for.

As soon as we got home to install the tv it was a big crack in the screen and we had to return it immediately.

Excellent TV. The basic Roku controller is improved with sound buttons, mute and a sleep option. Set up was quick and easy. The picture on the 4K UHD LED is bright and clear. Much improved from my HD TV this replaced. I was thinking about buying a soundbar before the TV was installed, but I am glad I waited. The sound is much better than I expected. It was easy to manage the bass and volume, just like I want it. Only a heavy home theater user or sound snob would want more. At $100 less than the price of the comparable 50" LG this TV was a bargain. I would buy it again.

Piece of junk. Screen stopped working after 2 months.

42” screen I feel is the correct amount of space & not too overly big. The colors are beautiful, deep blacks, and I thought I had a good screen until I seen this thing in action. It put my 43” 4k UHD HDR1000 screen to shame & couldn’t believe I was missing out on so much goodness. Easy to setup the TV, I do like how the feet for the TV work, they help guide your cables or the power cord, also has guides that snap onto the back of the panel to further help with cable management. Screen is very thin, and overall weight of TV is great too. If you are using it as a computer monitor, it has G-sync & Freesync Premium Pro, has 4 HDMI inputs all are HDMI 2.1, so you can run the panel at 120hz. The screen is beautiful and very bright, all my games feel like they are new, due to I thought my previous monitor was actually good. I honestly don’t have any con’s yet. There is a possibility of screen burn in, however for the most part that was a common thing of past OLED screens. The price is a con, IF you don’t get it on sale. I was lucky enough to purchase it on sale, thus saving like $300 or more on it. I don’t feel it’s worth more. Currently I have found prices even lower at the time of writing, so now is the time to pick one up. Overall, the TV has been great from the start. I am still scared that it is a LG, and my previous experiences were not good. So here’s hoping that this TV will change my mind & I definitely hope it stays as good as it is currently for years to come, because if it does well, then I will definitely going to buy more of them in the future. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a really nice TV or use it as a computer monitor or even for your console gaming needs.

If you canr decide which tv to get for your home then stop right here bedause this tv is, in my opinion, the best price for quality tv on the market. This tv is PERFECT for my medium sized bedroom. Amazing quality. Easy to set up. Great sound. Its price is extremely competitive. Recently got more intrested in movies. Upgraded to this tv. And the experience is exactly what I wanted. I also play my xbox on it and with new AAA titles its a great experience.

Great price for the size. Picture quality compares to some more expensive brands. It was easy to set up with all our streaming services. Roku was included

For about $200, I am super happy with my new TV. The color, size, weight and clarity is great. It's a good size for my living room and connects to all of my games and electronics. Best Buy had it ready for pick up fast and even helped me safely get it into the car.

It’s a great budget-friendly smart TV with a user-friendly interface and excellent streaming capabilities. The sound quality is decent, but you may want to invest in external speakers for a more immersive experience. Perfect size and lightweight for the bedroom at a good price. I am using it with Direct TV Streaming.

I bought this to use as a second television. Right out of the box it worked flawlessly. It was easy to put together and i was able to pick it up and move it around as needed. I had no problems connecting it to my Roku account and thought the sound was fine without a soundbar. The picture was great. Its not an oled as someone else said but i think the picture was pretty good for the price. I love the Roku platform. I think it is incredibly easy for anyone to figure out and always recommend it to others. Having it built into the tv is just a bonus.
