I have tried adjusting every setting I can find and cannot stop the commercials from being loader than the movie / show I am watching. I use multiple streaming services and doe it on all of them. Bluetooth audio output: it is buried down several menu's and is not easy to find. Would be nice if it was in the "Audio Output" part that shows Bluetooth, but you cannot select it there. Only down the rabbit hole. If it was not such a good price and I live alone I would have returned for another brand.
