    Lip Sync Issues with Sound delay

    Lip Sync is horrible on this model. I have 5 55 inch tv's made by other well known brands. I understand that you can have sync issues when connected to other boxes and or devices. To solve that problem or to find out what is the cause you can unplug all devices and run the sound off the tv speakers. If lip sync is still noticeable, you know that it is your tv and most likely the processor. Customer service was no help so I returned it during the return window.

    After exactly 1 year, the TV would not turn on. The worst part was customer service. I called customer service and they REFUSED to help whatsoever because it was outside of the manufacturers warranty. I was extremely disappointed. Horrible product. The picture quatlity is horrible. Bought my son an LG instead and he loves it way better. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER HISENSE.

    The Tv has a lot of "smart" functionality issues. Mostly can be resolved by restarting the tv. But a nuisence nonetheless.

    This TV is not made to use in the bedroom or a quiet room when the TV is idling there's a humming noise comes out of the speaker and to get rid of that humming noise you have to reduce the brightness down to around 30% I would not recommend this TV in a quiet room, I will be returning it

    Purchased this TV on 8/30/22 after looking at reviews. After 3 weeks of owning the TV started having issues with screen developing a red/pink tint that would cut in and out. I ensured the TV settings were correct, unplugged the TV and did a factory reset. None of these actions fixed the problem. The TV has now developed a loud humming sound while turned on. Reached out to Hisense (Best Buy return period up) who has been slow to try resolve the issue. Just buy a different TV.
