    Sound issues

    I bought it 12/24/23 and within 2 weeks the sound started to malfunctioning, it would play sound for 5 minutes and then stop all you would hear was crackling noise.

    I read reviews about glitches and meh quality but I thought nothing of it. I thought it was going to be a decent tv for the price, BUT I'm not so sure. YOU DECIDE. The quality of Tv is not bad but I've notice when there is a video with fast movement or a lot of camera motion the tv for some reason doesn't read that information well. ill go see the movie/yt video on my phone and its fine. this tv makes me dizzy. Also THE GLITCHES. the glitches are annoying. it takes awhile to turn on, I get a black screen for a minute or so. before turning off the tv I have to go to the main menu.

    Had just a little over 2 years......Nothing but vertical white lines on the screen....No damage...No "not turning tv off while not viewing......Disgusted.....Should of got Geek Squad I suppose...

    TV broke due to internal cause

    I bought this TV in fall 2021 and it stopped working only 2.5 later in 2024. Geek Squad diagnosed that its main board had broken due to a software update, an entirely internal cause. For about a year beforehand the TV suffered from incredible slowness/frequent recommendations to free up memory (we had at most five apps we used regularly).

    Company won't support product

    Had it less than 4 months. Doesn't work now. There's a line going diagonally on the screen, but not physical crack is seen in the screen. This was in a senior citizen home and the TV was rarely used. Company won't support it.

    bought this tv 1 year ago and just suddenly stopped working a 1month after the 1 year warranty ended really bad customer service from hisence also seems to be backlight or t-con board is what mainly goes out on this model
