Mostly quick. Somewhat user friendly. But I woke up one morning and it stopped working. No image, just a blinking red light. Utterly disappointed and now I am convinced their warranty is only for a year because once their devices hit 13 months they fall apart. Won’t be purchasing Hisense ever again.

The quality isn’t bad just doesn’t have the best preformance. I will say the sound on this tv is better than my Samsung tv.

Zero quality issues, even the packaging was high end with mounting protection so that you do not damage or fingerprint your new TV. It lives up to the hype of the "big boys."
