Broke in 2 months but great CS from Hisense

My TV was purchased here 2 months ago and stared developing lines horizontally and vertically. Thick red lines. Hisense got in it right away and sent a tech to verify and destroy the panel. I expected to be contacted after that to let me know what the next step would be but after 3 days I contacted them to enquirer. They are sending a replacement to me. Let me say that the TV when working properly is spectacular. The Hisense customer service is great and I’m sure would even be better without the COVID issues. I just don’t know if I would trust this brand again. My last TV that this replaced was still working without issues after 17 years. This had problems after less than 2 months, just enough to be non returnable.

Wasn’t looking to spend a lot but wanted updated features. I am very satisfied with all the tv offers. So many channels including an antenna feature to get my local tv. I highly recommend.
