    I purchased this tv in July 2020, here we are in January 2022 and the tv doesn’t work anymore. The HiSense start up screen flashes on and off and that’s all i get from it. Tried rebooting and unplugging it, no change. Waste of money.

    Stay the heck away from anything Roku… 1 year old TV ruined because of the stupid software Roku uses. Tv is now stuck in a power loop. No help from anyone.

    I purchased this TV on 04 Jan 2020 and right after 30 days on 6th of Feb the tv stopped working. Not a single app was working. Error message was like “network connection issue” however I have 150mbps connection of COX. When I checked connection on TV in system settings it said 94mbps connection. But no app was able to open. It’s pathetic TV as I am still waiting for manufacturer to exchange or return as there is no point in keeping this disgusting box which couldn’t even run for a month.

    HDMI ports went out after 30 days

    Very poor customer service. The HDMI ports went out after 30 days. Without a warrant Best Buy will not even try to help you solve the problem. Talking with Hisense will take hours and then you will still have to wait weeks to get a replacement tv.

    Unfair Manufacture Practice/Failure

    Purchased two of these in March 2020 One has failed likely the mother board, the unit turns, the screen blinks intermittently. I am so annoyed as you cannot even have access to a replacement mother board, Why after only two years. So off to buy a new alternate manufactured TV. So because it is out of warranty, it is junk. By the way which will cost you to discard. Hisense should offer an equal replacement.

    Owned less than a year and have several issues, have had to reboot the whole tv and now it will not connect to any source so I can only watch online, no local tv available.

    The TV isn't bad, you get what you pay for. However the description on the site said full array, but its edge lit. Ill return it , no biggie. Just a pain to do.

    I purchased the fire stick and ended up receiving ONLY the remote. I waited a week for this, it was a gift for my grandma and now she is disappointed. I called and the store and the associate said I could come next wednesday to see what I could do. I have work and that's not possible. If someone could reach out to me asap to help that would be nice. I am not going to the store I think I should have it sent to me. Thanks.

    TV unexpectedly crashed and is now stuck slow flashing between the black and Hisense logo screen. Have tried recommended solutions on Hisense site and Internet forums to no avail. This is an inferior product! Hisense should make right with consumers.

    This TV is crap. I only had it 2 years and it now gets stuck in the start up screen in a loop. Hisense won’t do anything about it because it’s outside of their warranty time frame. Total BS… it should last longer than this. I will never buy this brand again

    I bought this TV December 14, hung it and went out of town and when I returned the whole front of the TV came off and crashed down it broke the screen. Very poor workmanship and Bestbuy won't do anything about because it was 14 days past the 30 days. I am stuck with this broken TV. I will never buy a thing from Bestbuy ever.

    Tv was very laggy. Thought it would be good having Roku built in but it was a pain. Constantly had to restart and hook up to internet! Don't have to worry because this tv broke just at just one year of owning it!! Absolute trash!! Got tv 8/14/20 and it's dead already
