Great budget 4K TV. Excellent SDR as well as HDR picture. Sound is more than acceptable. Wifi connection rock solid. Roku very easy to use and PLENTY of content. Supports BOTH HDR10 and Dolby Vision. Checked both out via youtube. Have compared with Samsung nu6900, Vizio V505, TCL S425 and Philips 8000 series. This one offers the best value in my opinion.

Tv blacked out and I have had it less than one year. Before blacking out it was glitching and leaving the netflix app frequently.

Great picture, lots of options, great Roku streaming system on board. When it was working, it was a really good set. Unfortunately, just before my extended warranty ran out at five years, it got the typical HiSense problem: cycling between the log on screen and dark, no way to correct with any combination of button pushes and reset. Thankfully, Best Buy lived up to their word and is exchanging it out and letting me pay more to purchase a better set with the credit. HiSense needs to put better parts in their products! This problem is almost always due to defective capacitors on the main circuit board.

I bought this TV just before Xmas of 2019. I got a great deal at the time. I paid just over $300 for it and it came with a free Google Nest Mini. I was pretty happy with it for the most part. The picture was good enough but the sound was not great. I knew it was a super cheap TV so I didn't have High Expectations. I bought the 5 Yr extended warranty with the TV. Thank God I did because it died in April of 2022. Best Buy honored the warranty without issue. I actually made out with a better. I would buy this TV again but only at the sale price that I'd originally paid

I've purchased two of these exact televisions. Both of them went out and had a red blinking light right after 1 year. The price is great but having several go out in a little over a year isn't ideal. And yes we did all of the troubleshooting. We did factory resets everything.

If you're a cable cutter, then you'll find that the Hisense TVs have one of the best receivers. I have a 40" Hisense TV that picks up 33 OTA channels. My 55" 3D LG TV that cost 8 times more (2 years earlier) can only pick up 24 channels using the same antenna.

Just died after 3 years. Bought the 2 year warranty :(
Quality was good while it worked. It did take a couple of minutes to connect to the WiFi after being turned on though.

This is a good TV and a great price, but incorrectly listed as Dolby Vision HDR. I called HiSense to confirm. Returned and replaced with the 55H8F Hisense Android TV. Otherwise everything was perfect for the 5 days I owned it.

Overall it’s a decent tv for what it’s worth. Purchased it exactly 4 years ago to date, came home from work to an electrical burn out. The tv completely smoked. Thank goodness I got home when I did.
