    Garbage. Tv died today did not even last 3 years. Ill never buy another Hisense product.

    Purchased the TV on 12/14/19. It is now 11/17/22 and the TV started blanking on and off. I've tried all of the troubleshooting steps as well as the reset button in the rear of the TV to no avail. Hisense customer service was unable to help since the TV is outside of one year manufacturer's warranty. Pretty upset as these LED TVs are supposed to last longer. Buy at your own risk.

    Worst tv I've purchased in the last 20 years. Won't stay connected to WiFi. Turns off by itself. Loses connection so you can't Chromecast. Won't recognize dish input source. I honestly can't believe how much I regret buying this TV. I'm returning it. Hopefully Best Buy will give me my money back so I can buy a quality tv. Purchased this because it's an Android TV and had a good picture. I love my old Sony it replaced. Stick to the quality brands.

      Hello Lerpinator, Thank you for your interest in the 55R6070E3. We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your television staying connected to the WiFi. In our experience, making sure WiFi is enabled on the tv, moving the tv closer to the router, and resetting the router are potential fixes for this issue. Also this is a Roku TV not a Android TV.

    Bad brand, poor quality. Stay away

    Stay away from any HISENSE TVs. They are cheap for a reason. I bought a HISENSE TV 2 years ago from BEST BUY. A year later, just a few days past the warranty expiration. The TV started to automatically shut itself off. Took me a while to figure out the problem: a blown thermistor on the circuit board. Bought a replacement thermistor and fixed it. Was happy to see the TV working as normal again --- not for long though. A month later, TV started to shut itself off sporadically again. This time it was a blown electrolytic capacitor. Fixed it again. Two weeks later, it goes black again!!! Come on, I have bought so many different brands of TV in the past decades, SAMSUNG, SONY, LG, ... never had any issues with any TVs. By the way, HISENSE doesn't even have customer services available. You get what you pay for. I will never buy any HISENSE product.

    Stopped working after a year and of course they only offer a 1 year warranty. It’s sorry when a company does not care about making quality items
