Fantastic picture quality and colors. Only 60hz, which is too bad, but what can you expect from a TV this affordable. Wish the Smart TV interface was Google TV, like the dongle, and not Android TV - it's not quite as fast or visually appealing, but I'm not sure if any TV has Google TV built-in as opposed to Android TV.

We now have 2 Hisense TVs and love them both. Great quality TV for the price. Bought this one after our Insignia fire tv died after just 1.5 years! So far so good with this one.

A Hisense TV; I'd never heard of it before, finding out that it's a Best Buy house name. I had a Sharp TV and had volume issues from the beginning, I like all of the apps on the TV and the voice option is loved by my husband; bigger is better and yelling at the TV for whatever he's looking for is just an added bonus.

So, seemed like a great deal. Price was $450. Knew it wasnt the best out there but middle of the road. They did, finally, a software update. The NEXT day - out of no where, issues with turning the tv on. Would power up a moment or two, then cycle off. Sometimes it would just cycle thru the initial Android logo but not come on. Unplugged it for 30 seconds, miracle, it powers up. Call HiSense and waited forever - i assume many people were experiencing what i was. Explained the situation to the person on the phone. After going away another ten minutes, he comes back and says - you'll have to have it repaired. Nothing they can do. They bricked thier own tv to force me into buying another one! The only thing that changed was their software update. Did i mention no way to uninstall the update and revert to the old version? Now, to watch it, you have to cycle it off to drain the residual retention of memory to turn it on. The dolby atmos and dts:x no longer work properly; the lag to get to menu screens is enough to go make a snack; with a hard wired ethernet connection, it says no internoet available. Hisense is junk. Again, they bricked the TV with their software upgrade. And no one called back like the customer service rep said they would. Don't go down the Hisense rabbit hole - get ANY other tv. Fifteen minths is short for any tv

Very good t.v. at a great price makes this a excellent buy.There are better televisions out there with more bells and whistles but they are also 2-3 times more expensive. For the price this set is hard to beat.

Got this TV on sale for 399 for the money you definitely cannot go wrong. 60 inches great picture well worth it so far. I had a Samsung and it died in less than two years the fourth SAMSUNG product I have owned that has lasted for less than two years I am done with that brand forever.

easy to set up and use, user interface is a bit slow when switching from apps the rear composite input is in a bad place as its too close to the mounting bracket

Overall great TV for the value. The one thing I didnt realize is there is no general search button that will for example search for a specific movie in ALL your subscribed channels like Roku does.

Very bright picture and easy to use. Lots of apps like Netflixs, HBO Max, Disney+, etc. so easy to switch to them. The only downside is the volume changes a lot during movies so have to adjust the volume.

I was a special at first about getting a lesser known brand than the heavy hitters. I was blown away within minutes by the easy, see less set up and amazing picture quality. If you’re on the fence about getting a brand you’re unsure of - look no further to get the most bang for your buck.

Overall this tv has been great! The only downside I have is that the tv sometimes randomly turn on by itself. I have no clue why or how but I do like the quality. The sound is good. The picture could be a bit crisper. I am used to Roku TVs but Android TV does just as good of a job!

Awesome TV for tiny price. Good picture and sound. Good app access including HBO max, Disney plus, Prime e.t.c. It even has a decent amount of games. The remote is decent too. Cannot speak about longevity since I just got it. This TV is great for a guest bedroom or a teen room.
