An OK tv you get what you pay for

The picture quality didn't do it for me. Not a terrible purchase if you're on a tight budget, however if you're going to spend that kind of money, you might as well spend the extra $150 for a better tv. The sound quality is terrible.

Worst TV I’ve ever Owned

The interface is slow and buggy. It’s constantly freezing up, disconnecting from apps and internet. Most of the apps won’t work. It’s complete garbage.

Impossible to move between apps and shows

It seems like a good TV with great features, but our TV has a horrible lag time/ user interface. It is impossible to smoothly shift from one app to another. Even on Netflix it is hard to move from one show to another. I am not sure if it is an issue with the remote control or if the TV it self is defective. The remote batteries are new and the TV was bought only 4 months ago. This issue has been going on from day one of installing the TV. Also the volume is crazily high on the TV, we have NEVER gone over a volume of 6 since. Can this issue be addressed through the manufacturers warranty?

Not for me

But I am never sitting; I'm always running around and so for me the viewing angle is very important. This viewing angle is terrible. I can't even tell what's on the screen when I stand on the side of the tv (where I work) - it just looks white. I have to walk to stand in front of the tv to see what's on. So if the kids are watching something and they want me to see, I have to run into the living room. Before, with my older Samsung, I could see from the kitchen. Also, the sound is really bad. The older samsung sound was totally fine. This one requires a sound bar. I decided to return it and best buy has been fabulous.
