Poor Picture.

When the screen is mostly white.. like watching Fargo.. you can see a shadow of a grid in the screen .. I tried contacting Hisense. I'll I wanted to know was are their any adjustments to improve the picture. I got the 3rd degree in response and no solution. I've pretty much learned to ignore it but compared to my 55" Samsung it really sucks.

Missing remote

Died after 13 months

A month after the limited warranty was void, the TV refused to show picture. Indicating bad LED driver/LED strips, faulty power board or main board. Mind you, I was not tough on this TV. I am married with no kids and watch TV with my wife. We watch TV 1-2 hrs a day and nothing else. Growing up, I would play video games 5-7 hours daily and never did I have a TV go out on me in this amount of time. Very disappointed spending +$400 on product to last just a year. Stay clear of this TV and brand. Or, at least purchase the extended warranty. Sometimes, it pays to go with a more reputable brand.

Should have returned day one.

Later the picture would not come on only sound. Had to pull the plug and leave off awhuke to reboot. Returned for store credit. I now know exactly how much money I will spend at Best Buy in the future......

Would not recommend

Replaced cables, had satellite company out on two separate occasions because the signal was so bad, again it was the ports. One year later and there is a lag in the streaming services we try using. Doesn’t happen anywhere else in the house or on any other T.V. BTW, BestBuy and the company are both pretty useless when trying to resolve issues. I would not purchase again. May need to just scrap this $500. TV and purchase another Samsung. No problems with that one, and it was purchased a few months after this one…

Don’t Get This

I purchased it and had it for a month before it just wouldn’t play anymore and I just missed the 30 day return period. The picture was never truly in HD and at times commercials were completely blurry. A terrible product. Hi sense manufactures great portable air conditioners and dehumidifiers and quite frankly, that’s what they should stick to, now I’m out almost $500. I should have purchased the extended warranty.

Bad unit or bad brand?

Its good for a few minutes, then it is totally washed out and faded, then a few minutes later, back to good. I returned. I don't trust the quality control on this brand now.

Sound is intermittent.

I often have to restart the TV multiple times to get the sound to come on and stay on. Not worth the hassle.

OK picture, horrible sound
