    3 months in and started doing the weirdest thing in the middle of the night while being off. Some random error message (female voice) at max volume at 2 or 3 am. The first time I almost have a hart attack! Im ready to trash this tv. And, yes, it is 3:30am now as I type this wide awake because of this tv.

    You won't give me the points because I was very DISAPPOINTED with with the "GEEK" that you sent out. He also took the book that comes with the TV!!

    Cheap but cheap

    I’m not sure if mine was defective but it was almost non functioning. I could barely get thru the setup without it crashing constantly and when I did get it to go thru the setup the Home Screen would crash over and over insulting the apps. YouTube would barely open and when it did the videos would glitch and freeze. The last straw was when I turned it on and it crashed to the recovery screen. Returned and got a Visio m series

    Buy a Samsung

    This tv is not good. Would not work with Windows 10 as bluetooth display for videos. Froze many times and had to be unugged to reset. Power button did nothing if it froze. TV was wall mounted and plug was 8 feet off of the ground. Returned and bought Samsung! Worth the extra $100 and automatically appears in wireless display column. Hisense had to select Screenshare every time it was turned on.

    Worst tv ever

    I've had this tv for two weeks and my (3) hdmi's stopped working. I have directv and my tv would go fuzzy then to no signal. I switched cables and changed the hdmi settings. If i reset the box, it works for a few minutes and dose the same thing. Ive unpluged the tv and factory reset..its going back..

    This is the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought. Remote constantly stops working, there is no way to use the TV when it decides to stop working. Apps for remotes cannot connect to it. Sound and picture quality are awful. Worst TV I have ever owned.

    Im watching netflix all of a sudden my tv have ni internet connection. I tired resetting & everything needs to.do. but still its not connected but its connected, my signal.is excellent. I hope i can return this & replace with TCL, im not happy with this product.

    Absolute trash. Went bad under a year, picture went bad and sound. Even with the protection plan from Best Buy they won’t let me exchange, as if I want a tv this low quality repaired.

    Terrible, screen broke trying to put it up. Something internal, nothing looks broken but the display is all jacked. Neither BestBuy or Hisense are any help.
