    THE GOOD - Slim nice picture nice remote easy setup THE BAD - Sometimes the internet connection stops also spectrum app is not available on tv.

    My old television set just went out and I wanted to get another quality tv without paying that high price tag. I got this Hisense for a great price and so far I love it.

    The screen came apart from the tv and fell. Hisense nor Best Buy did nothing. Even for a budget product there is better out there. Best Buy should stop selling this garbage.

    Android TV feature is great. The image is very clear. However the sound quality is terrible. No matter how you adjust settings the sound is poor and sounds like everyone talks through a can.

    Remote issues call Highsense direct

    If you have a bad remote and you have total tech and their solutions don’t work call Highsense directly if your within the 1 year warranty they wil send you a new remote. I got a new one no more problems

    TV is great 5 stars for that. The process of picking it up sucked! Don’t put 1hr pick up online if the teenagers at the store are not gonna pull it an have it ready that day! Ordered at 7, at 830 they told me in store that I would have to wait till the next day to get it. I had already walked around the floor and found the TV with my name on it. No one wanted to just move it to the front, so I went and got it myself to take to the front. Didn’t offer the help take it to the truck either.

    Died within a month.

    While this was a very affordable TV for its size, you are absolutely getting what you pay for. The sound quality on this TV is abysmal, but you would generally have this connected to a sound system anyway. Less than a month after purchasing this unit, the picture went out (backlight on) and would not return, although sound continued working. Checking online, this appears to be a common issue with Hisense TVs. No amount of draining the power fixes the issue and I've been unable to find a reset button that is common with most "Smart" TVs. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on a proper name brand.

    DEFECTED. DO NOT BUY.

    I purchased 2 of these. Openned the box of one of them and the screen is broke. Like top of the screen (glass) was detached from frame. Upon further inspection, all the sides of the screen were detaching from body TV. I called customer support and was advised to check the other one. I open it up...SAME issue. So I bought 2 of these and both were defected. Steer away from this brand

    Horrible Tv

    These TVs are horrible!! We had to download apps for DisneyPlus and other streaming services. Then the tv ran out of space in the memory. After that happened the downloaded apps would not work. The apps would work on our other brand of TVs and our cell phones but on this tv. Do no recommend. We have had 2 of these TVs and they both did the same thing. Stay away!!!

    Do not buy a Hisense

    Do not buy a Hisense television. This model might be ok, but several of the models are the worst tvs in history. The hardware cant run the operating systems. You hit the volume up key and it takes 10-15 seconds for tge system to respond. Netflix crashes continually. Its like a 2005 pc trying to run windows 10.

    Unbearably Slow

    I bought it for Android TV but it's so slow it's unusable. Want to watch a youtube video? It will take you 20 minutes to get there, no exaggeration. You can be sure the homescreen ads have no trouble loading though. I'm going to replace it and won't even put it in a spare room. Can't wait to trash this garbage.
