This tv is feature packed with everything I was looking for in a unit for the bedroom. You can't beat this model for the money!

I had never heard of this brand before buying it. The detail in the picture is amazing and you can't beat the price! Love this TV

The picture quality is good but the built in Apps suck. The picture is darker and not as clear when using the built in apps and the apps freeze constantly

TV shows excellent excellent and the quality of HD is perfect also use my iPhone to watch videos on TV the ability have to have Netflix on the smart TV is awesome also

Going with 3 stars because the 4k looked great. Problem was streaming Netflix HDR content looked like there were sunglasses on the screen. It's just not capable of HDR content and there wasn't an option to play just the regular 4k (non HDR).

The information on the site is conflicting, but this TV does actually have HDR. HiSense recently pushed out an update to fix the only issue it had with HDR and that is when some dark scenes came it would make it too dark. Now that has been resolved I highly recommend this budget TV. It doesn't take much to get the color accuracy spot on. and even out of the box some of the picture modes are very close to being great.

TV has good picture, good sound, and I enjoy the built-in apps. I do wish it had options for programming the app buttons on the remote (they're preset to Amazon, Netflix, Vudu, YouTube). I was nervous getting an off-brand, but so far so good (one month in).

The TV itself (screen, color, resolution) is good. However, the youtube app that comes with the TV stopped working after only 3 days of use. It gets stuck at loading only after 2-3 minutes of streaming. Tried everything I could but nothing works. And I bought this TV mainly to watch youtube...hate to buy another TV stick for youtube.... Currently I am waiting for Hisense to come up with a solution. Don't really want to go through the hassle of returning the TV...

Picture is great, just comes with terrible apps for being a “smart” tv. Also after two years it started randomly turning off. Could be a bad power supply.

I did not realize when I ordered this product that it would not have Hulu, HBO, Crunchyroll or VRV as available apps. Had I realized this, I probably would have not bought it, even though the price was really reasonable for the size and quality of the TV.

Great picture! Sound and volume could be better and it is sometimes a little slow to respond to the remote, but this has been a great TV at this cost point!
