    I struggle with this tv on a weekly basis, if you are have issues either factory reset or if you are stuck on the loading screen unplug for at least 15 minutes. It has its benefits of being a cheap 4k tv but you definitely feel those issues.

    I have never heard of this brand but this has been a great TV. I have had it for over a year and no problems as of yet.

    Good pic for watching TV and movies however playing Xbox live was nearly impossible with the lag! Returned tv!

    The tv is a great price but the remote is a pain to navigate. Very frustrating. Still working on getting everything to work.

    Hooked this TV up only to find out that the colors were very off. There is this odd effect that happens in white scenes or objects with white-ish spaces. Not pleased in the slightest, I returned this television in exchange for a TCL 5 Series and was much happier with the performance than this television.

    I bought this tv and after two weeks, vertical lines were showing up on the lower portion of the tv screen and the tv would constantly drop the Wifi. I contacted Hisense and they sent a technician out. He replaced the motherboard and CPU. After having the motherboard and CPU replaced, the tv worked for a couple of weeks. Afterwards, the same problem occurred again. Again, the technician came out and replaced the same parts again. The same problems occurred after two weeks of use. Now, the tv will not recognize Wifi and it won't even display a picture when I try to use my Firestick. Now, I'm trying to resolve this problem through the Geek Squad.

    Don’t bother reaching out to Hisense for support. They are unresponsive. I’ve had this tv for a little over a year which means it’s out of warranty. Keeps shutting off and a hard reset has to be done to get it to come back on. Then you can watch it for 20 minutes before it shuts off again. I’m sure soon it won’t come back on anymore. I will never buy a Hisense tv again. A tv at this price should last for several years at the least. Not a year and 3 months.

    Grainy 4K . Tv flashes on and off and skips input for no reason. Customer service sucks and is virtually non existent. I do not recommend this cheap brand to any just get a lower series LG or Samsung save yourself some headache

    Having serious problems with tv holding wifi

    I am not happy with tv it does not hold WiFi connection at all because of this problem I can not use any of the features that come with the T.V. The WiFi brain is defected.

    My 55 inch TV failed several days before Easter. I decided to upgrade to a 65 inch. The TV had to have at least 2 HDMI inputs for my Firestick and DVD player, a 3.5mm headphone jack to play sound through my ancient stereo, and it had to be compatible with my Harmony Hub. I shopped around online until Easter Sunday when Best Buy had a one day sale and this TV was $399. Some people gave negative reviews but they were about different things which led me to believe that there was no inherent problem that plagued all these TVs. So I decided that if the TV came with any flaws, I would just keep returning it until I got one that was perfect. I have had the TV for four weeks and there are no problems. I have it on the SPORTS setting and the picture is bright with no lag. The upscaling makes any picture almost as good as 4k. Surprisingly the speakers are very good and have no distortion. I like that it comes with apps for Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Vudu and Youtube, all the ones I use. I also like the built in media player which can access the hard drive I have connected to my LAN. It contains all my music, pictures and videos which I can watch on the TV and play through the stereo. It even has component jacks to which I can attach my original WII. So, yes, I am very pleased with the price and performance of this TV.
