The remote control is not sold separately at the best buy store so virtually impossible to get it out of store mode if you don’t have the remote. When asked for geek squad help, there is no help until the 1 yet warranty is up on the tv so you pay for 2 years and get only one year of assistant. Total rip off! I would not recommend this product if you have children under the age of 8 who will break your remote accidentally because the only option is to buy a 50.00 replacement remote because accidental damage is not covered under any of the warranties

Huge bang for the buck!

I just started using smart TV's and it would be hard to beat the quality of this TV for the price.

However, this was on sale and had every option that I was looking for including pseudo 120hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision. Easy to set up and no complaints from this "critical" viewer, but this set without hesitation if you have the room.

We picked it up on Black Friday for a great deal and I am very pleased with this purchase. Set up was easy and the picture and sound are great for the price. It obviously does not have the same quality picture as other flagship models, but for the price this tv can’t be beat.

The remote doesn't have a Hulu button, although it shows on on the website and in the packaging. It doesn't close out apps so everything is always running all the time. It gets slow and needs to be restarted frequently. Picture quality is excellent.
