Try all the methods found online from unplugging it to reset the entire thing but nothing worked. I finally called costumer service and they had a technician come to my place to fix it with 2 weeks. The problem, a faulty power board, which seems to be one of the top issues with this brand. I gotta say that costumer service was pretty good, as for the tv I think next time I'll pick another brand.
