    This is my first smart TV, so I don't have much to compare it to, but after having it over a month...I absolutely love it. I set it up entirely without issue, as it was very user friendly to complete. I haven't experienced any issues or glitches. I use an antenna and the reception is great. I can't attest to sound, as I connected my Bose surround sound system to the TV. Considering the 75" screen, excellent graphics, and my sound system...I feel like I am at the movies! Awesome experience!

    This baby here was everything I pictured literally! I had a vision on a 75 inch fitting some where and now its immaculate.

    The TV was the definition of decent enough until one month outside of the warranty period (which is only one year), it died. A black screen with audio only, this prompted me to research this TV a little further and apparently it's a known issue. Frustrating and useless trash.

    I wanted to like this TV so badly. However I got the first set that was delivered to me mounted and found out the software was defective. I'm no tech whiz, but based off what I do know it seemed to have problems processing the most popular video formats. So the home screen, YouTube and Prime Video were perfect; but the content on any other app including HBOMax and 95% of the content on Netflix was pixelated and unwatchable. Best Buy helpfully sent a replacement, and I thought everything was all good. Up it went back on the wall and all was well, until I tried watching the Snyder-cut of Justice League. At that point I realized there was significant black light bleed in certain areas of the screen during dark scenes (which, being Justice League, was most scenes). I've scheduled another return through Best Buy, but this model is now out of stock. I'm terribly disappointed because the reviews for this model are great for the price point, but of course the obvious catch-22 is that the reviews are great for the **units that are not defective.** Which, in my experience, is 0/2.

    The TV worked great and had a decent picture though a lot of backlight bleed on dark screens. However after 1 yr and 8 months the backlight has gone out. Their support can’t help as the warranty is only good for one year. I would recommend purchasing a more name brand model or a long extended warranty

    The speakers on this TV are super loud. I rarely have to put it pass 8 and that's not even a quarter of the way up.

    Two issues with this unit. One, the wifi range is not enough, and two I was not able to download the AT&T app. Otherwise it is a good TV.

    Bought 2 of this tv. The first on 2/19/21. We got it home & there was a bend in the frame & it affected the picture. We took it back, and got another one on 2/22/21, which is the one that just died. When it worked, it had a good picture. The sound was crazy loud. We usually kept it VERY low....on a single digit level, it was so loud. The tv worked fine on 5/6/22 & not at all the next day. The picture went out 5/7/22. Geek Squad came out. They do not make replacements for the part that went out (the panel...or a light in the panel). The Geek Squad repairman said if we shined a flashlight in the back we would be able to see the picture. Thankfully, I had bought the protection plan, and that will cover a new tv. So very happy I bought the protection. I will never buy another Hisense product again. If you choose to buy one, CYA and get that protection plan.
