They don't even sell the back panel anymore, so Best Buy's techs couldn't repair it even if they wanted to. Ridiculous.

Called HISENSE they said nothing they can do after 1 year. I called local electrician, they told me HISENSE tv's are disposable and it's cheaper to buy a new one as the labor cost is more than a new one.
