    Do not buy Hisense products, I bought this TV 2 years ago and the backlight panel went out randomly one day. They don't even sell the back panel anymore, so Best Buy's techs couldn't repair it even if they wanted to. Ridiculous.

    Super happy with my TV and a good price. The staff tret very courtesy and professional. I spoke with Carlos, Chris, Mauricio, Rey Kevin plus the Drivers Manny and Tony. All of then knew their job step by step that's what I call Team Work thank you every one, keep doing what you doing all of you deserved no 5 stars 10 stars. Happy Holiday.

    Bought this tv in 2021 and by 2023 the back light went out. Barely 2 years old. I highly recommend not going with this tv. To fix it would cost just as much as the tv! Not worth it!!

    It’s a great TV. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it lags a lot compared to other smart TVs in the house (Toshiba Firestick Tv)

    same as some of the reviewers here, mine broke after less than 2 years with a broken horizontal image. Called HISENSE they said nothing they can do after 1 year. I called local electrician, they told me HISENSE tv's are disposable and it's cheaper to buy a new one as the labor cost is more than a new one.
