They texted me when it was ready to pick up. Arrived , gentleman came to verify my identity, this was nice to see since there are a few bad apples out there. Came to the front entrance and they loaded in my vehicle. Entire process was flawless. Nice job guys!!

But either the remote it came with or the TV is really very very slow. it takes a lot of time to load (my internet connection is 600mb and router is sitting near tv).

But 15 months later it won't turn on. The power button light turned off when I used the remote and it never turned back on. It's like it blew a fuse inside or something. I'm not ready to buy another TV.
