Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought on Nov 2020, and by May 2021, LED's went out, "Dark screen" call the Geek Squad since I bought the extend warranty, but they refused to help, and referred me to Hisense, since it was under one year and covered by them. They were professional, sent a repair man within a week, repair man arrived checked and determine that it was the LED's and that is not repairable, scratch the screen and the serial and referred me back to Hisense who told me they would send a check for the purchase price of TV. They sent the check in 2 weeks. which I am grateful of them, but they did not the cover the sales tax and also lost on the geek squad warranty that I never got to use. and was out with a tv for a month. Hisense to their credit, do stand behind their products.

WOW - it's massive, with an amazingly thin bezel and overall thickness. I searched forever to find an OLED with Chromecast at a local good price, and this fir the bill (so to speak), perfectly.

The sound quality is definitely lacking so I recommend getting a sound bar with this. But the only thing I really do not like is that you cannot get download the spectrum tv app from the Google store on this TV for some reason.

I bought this for a family member and they say the audio levels are all over the place from switching to different apps or channels. If you are ok with that then it gets the job done for what it is worth.

Super tv, super price.

It did not disappoint. It was super easy to set up and program, too. I had never set up a smart tv before and I found it and the fire stick, easy to set up.

The only thing I can say bad about this is the FireTV side is not the same as the firesticks. It also doesn't have mic in remote . But the smart TV features is the best Ive seen on any smart TV and I have had them all.

The screen is very bright even during the day when sun is shining thru the curtains. Wifi apps run fast and no hiccups or problems. Good remote. So far no complaints no problems. For the price can't beat it.
