Like the TV power won't work so you have to unplug tv to get it to work. But the price for the size of the tv and the picture is not bad.

Is Best Buy scamming us now?

The warranty is only good for 1 year. It's funny how the day after the warranty is up, my picture tube starts to go out!

We had to unplug and leave alone for 2 days and the picture is showing okay now but I have a feeling it will happen again

Randomly Restarts on its own

A good buy!

The only issue that I have had is for some reason that date and time will not stay current this causes Streaming to stop until you go in settings and correct it. Other than that no issues. Was a good purchase.

Backlight died 1 month out of warranty

My 65 inch Sharp LCD is over 10 years its senior. It's still running as smooth as ever. Just saying.

Died within a month

Of course I’m past the return window, and the new power supply that is needed isn’t available and on backorder for who knows how long! Now I’m out $650!!! Decent picture - not great, no comment on sound(I use home theater system), poor quality overall. Spend your money and buy something better.

Stopped working in less than a year! SMH

All of a sudden it did not want to turn on. Something fried inside the Tv. I bought it less than a year ago and I have Tv’s older than this product and they are still working. So not really a reliable product as far as longevity. What can I spect from something that cheap I guess. But be aware that it may happen to you!

Waste

The problem is I literally have to un plug and plug back in the tv almost every single day, the tv will freeze, whether I’m in Netflix or Hulu, and then it’ll go right back to the Home Screen, go back into whatever I was watching and does it again. So almost every single Time I watch tv I have to get up and unplug this dang thing, can someone please help

Great Quality

Done with Hisense!

Purchased the TV 14 months ago and it suddenly died without warning! I had the TV checked and it needs the backlight LEDS replaced. Just out of warranty and it needs a major repair, the worse purchase I have made in a long time. I recommend doing some research and stay away from HISENSE Products, very cheap and they do not last! Plenty of reviews online stating the same kind of failures.

Very good for price

Is great for video games as our age creeps up the screens get smaller. My husband and I can now read the very small writing on controls. It doesn’t support spectrum cable app.

14 Month Life

My Hisense Tv backlight went out after 14 months, The TV comes with a 12 month warranty. Turns out Hisense tends to have this problem with their TVs regularly. I spoke with their customer service and no attempt to correct the situation was made. Expensive mistake made in buying Hisense.

I guess you get what you pay

Had to keep rescanning to get it to remember. Also very slow. Volume kept going low with usage. Returned the product.
