    Got this TV as a gift for my father this year. Setup it was discovered that the TV only came with one of the legs. Contacted Bestbuy and informed them and it was taken care of immediately

    This is my first super smart tv. Freakin awesome. I used my xbox for everything and now i only use it for games cause i can use the tv for Netflix, hulu and all the other video and music apps.

    Terrible quality control. TV had multiple small qwerks and failures that didnt amount to enough to return - given the size of it and hassle that would be. Until after owning for ONLY 16 months it completely died, without any known cause. Tried to contact Hisense but was told the warranty expires after 12 months. Last time I ever buy from Hisense or their affiliate brands.

    Like many others here this TV died just after 2 years of use. Don't buy Hisense.

    Great Tv. The sound quality could be better. We have this tv in the bedroom, and use it right before going to sleep. Any volume below 3 is muffled

    My TV is only 15 months old and i turned it on today and all i got was a black screen i hear the sound but no picture. And called hisense and its only a year warranty so im out of luck unless you paid the $200 for extended but i never had this issue before. So now i need to get a new TV and will never buy a hisense again what a waste of money.

    It's cheap, it's big, and not so bad. You get what you pay for. Doesn't get bright at all, and colors are very warm. Almost impossible to watch during the day.

    Pretty awesome affordable TV with a lot of high-end features such as Dolby. Just use a Google TV w Chromecast or NVIDIA Shield for a better Android TV experience.

    We had this TV for one year and 5 months and the picture turned black while we were watching it. I contacted a technician and was told that it is known as the black screen of death and it would be best ro purchase another TV. Of course the manufacturer warranty was only one year. I will never purchase another Hisense product!

    Is it a Hisense 75H6510G or is it a 75H6170G?

    if you purchased Hisense - 75" Class H6510G Series LED 4K UHD Smart Android TV during Best Buy's Black Friday 2020 sale you might be surprised to learn that, if like me, your TV's on-screen and white tag model number doesn't match the model number on the box. My TV on-screen and white tag on the back of TV says I got Hisense model # 75A6160 FUWA and not the 75H6510G shown on the box label. Nobody at Hisense or the store can explain the discrepancy in model numbers - my guess is that Best Buy has changed the model number on the box to make this particular TV exclusive to Best Buy and avoid customer price matching. If that's the case, it begs the question, if the 75H6510G presently retails at $999.00 what is the value of the TV I received (75656570G)? is it equally a $999.00 value? The TV is getting returned partly due to the model number discrepancy, but also the right side edge is warped allowing light to spill onto the screen. We have not been able to completely get rid of the soap opera look using settings. It changes settings on its own, and lastly it doesn't come with the Hulu app due to licensing issues between Hisense and Hulu. Two years ago we purchased a 65" and recently a 42" and never had to touch the settings on either of those TVs - they were awesome - but not this TV. The good news is there are no return issues taking this (75H6510G or is it 75H6170G) back to Best Buy. Looking at a Samsung instead.

The model number that is on the box can be found on the back of the television by the barcode where the serial number is also located.     I bought this TV and it's only been 3 months but the TV is basically useless. It now kicks me out of an app I'm in like Netflix every 2 minutes. At the same time the remote stopped working and now today, the picture keeps cutting off but still playing sound. Total waste of money. I literally cried because I spent so much money and it only worked for 3 months.

    Well it hasn't been 2 years and this TV has gone into a boot loop. No apps work except YouTube (weird I know) and plugging any streaming stick into the hdmi just makes it keep rebooting. Any hdmi and any stick. I tried goosle, roku, and Amazon. :( picture was great otherwise.

    Can be laggy at times to turn on and off. Sometimes the remote isn't responsive but overall not a bad tv for the price we got it at.

    This TV is dead after 14 months of use. No help from customer service, tech support or replacement parts team. Don't know what to do with this huge 75 inch dead box in my living room . For the time it worked , the picture quality was good with minor glitches or freeze while watching 4k content.
