Great, but mine is defective

This was delivered while I was out of town so my bf didn’t open it til I returned. After about 2 weeks of having it set up, the remote for some reason doesn’t work unless I unplug the tv and re-plug it in each time I want to turn it on! I can’t return or exchange it so I’m basically just screwed.

Not a Good Option

Owned for 10 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would have rated this TV as a 4 star right after I got it, but 10 months in, and it barely functions, shutting down randomly, not turning on at all, playing sound for up to a minute after it has been turned down. I'm not sure what is causing these issues, but I expect more from this brand and for the price paid. I would look elsewhere if you are considering this TV>

TV will not turn on

Dead after 1 year and 1 day

I turned it off and it will simply not turn back on. I tried all of the published troubleshooting methods, to no end. What a disappointment.
