It’s the worst tv I’ve ever purchased. From day one the picture quality was poor, but the price was good so I wanted to overlook some things. I’ve had the tv for a while so this is as honest of a review you’re going to get. The picture works when it feels like it. It freezes nonstop. I got rid of cable boxes and had to purchase a roku stick just to watch tv because that’s how bad google freezes, I’d rather use roku apps. I am still having issues even with the roku stick. Sometimes I can hear the remote clicking but no picture. Other times it just cuts off completely by itself. Oh and the sound!!! Horrible! I have tried several settings and none are acceptable, just tolerated. I’ll never buy another tv of this brand. Don’t skimp on cost, go ford a better brand tv.

The refresher rate is horrible. Watching football and the ball vanishes and comes back cause the tev cant keep up the refresher rate.

I’ve had to factory reset it to get the apps to work now twice and have only had it for 7 months. When it works great, but that’s seldom that it works as it should. Usually I get just a black screen when I try to watch any app.

Its a known issue and they will not fix since its a few months past the 1 yr warranty. Trash. Will never buy this brand again.
