Bad TV, will not buy again

Tried every trick I can find, no go. Hisense support no help at all, will never buy this brand again.

Stay away

I’ve had it repaired 3 times now and it’s still broke a 4th time. Company maker said it wasn’t their problem bc it broke outside the standard warranty.

Black screen of death after 2 years

It worked fine for a little over 2 years but now has a black screen. Searching youtube videos found lots advice on how to diagnose a black screen and determined the led backlight has failed. Guess this is a common problem because lots of videos on how the do DIY repair with parts available online. Don't know if I will bother to repair it or just junk it. But doubt I will ever buy another Hisense TV. I have bought lots of smaller Led TVs from other manufacture's and they all still work. Hisense is a price leader but that has very little value if their products don't last.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box.
