Perfect timing right after the 1 year warranty expires. >:( Last night worked fine, today the BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH! Tried everything and will not turn on. Will try the helpless support desk tomorrow but sure they will bring nothing to the table. I will NEVER purchase another HiSense and will obviously never recommend to a friend or family member. Seriously your TVs last 54 weeks. What a piece of garbage.

BYPASS THIS BRAND

The tv gave no worning whatsoever. Tv only has sound no picture at all.. I will never buy this brand again nor recomend to anyone even worst enemy!!!

Just Died

I have purchased budget brands in the past and have never had issues. Unfortunately my experience with Hisense was not to my expectations. Television froze and will now only show a blinking red light. When I reached out to Hisense, they informed me that I am out of luck since I'm outside of the 1 year. When purchasing any television, you expect it to last a few years. Television has no physical damage and now I will have to purchase a new television. Which will NOT be a Hisense. Purchase with extreme caution.
