Never buy a Hisense TV

Best Buy will not fix it unless you have a warranty. The manufacturer wouldn't fix it either. I was willing to pay for the fix, but got rejected. I had to find an independent repair person, which is not easy to find. Found one who would fix for $300, half the price of the TV. He recommended I don't repair due to cost and likelihood other parts of TV may breakdown next. So I scrapped the TV. Will never purchase a Hisense TV again. This was an inexpensive TV. So as the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Broke after 11 months

The inputs recently stopped working completely. The screen is clear and the sound quality is average. For the price we paid ($650) I guess you get what you pay for, a TV that only lasts about a year.
