Not Working

I have always been a Vizio or Samsung but the prices was great for the quality called out by reviews.

Way too much motion blur

TERRIBLE TV AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We called Hisense customer service and was hung up on twice and the only help they offered was "You are out of warranty. Unplug it and plug it back in". I understand now why Hisense only has 1 year warranty. They seem to build these TVs to only last a bit over a year. I will never buy from Hisense again.

After 4 yrs it stopped working

After i moved the tv in my room it stopped working, screen turned off after around 10 seconds. It’s been a great 4 years! For $600 I got for Black Friday I would say it’s worth it.

you get what you paid for

They were kind enough to send someone to replace parts.

Worked pretty well, until it didn't.

It isn't able to be added to speaker groups on google home. Its user interface is a little sluggish, but manageable. Other than that, it does everything I wanted it to do. Unfortunately, two months after purchase, the TV turned off, and refused to turn back on. I contacted the manufacturer, and their warranty only covers 1 year. This kind of longevity is unacceptable for a device this expensive.

Believe it or not, it’s not worth the $600

This is day 4 and I will be returning it tomorrow and buying a Samsung.

These televisions are the biggest piece of JUNK. I bought 4 of them and am out the $ for 3 out of 4. I have 3 TVs that just after the one year warranty all stopped working - same exact issue !!! One was honestly like never used. Waste of $ and they literally just missed the 1 year warranty mark. DO NOT BUY!!!! I’ve never had this problem with any television until these.

Horrible Brand

All manufacturers have issues but with this TV, there are many reviews with the same issue as mine and Hisense couldnt care less. Black screen but has sound and there's so many more reviews with exact same issue. Best buy worn honor anything either so take business elsewhere. Expensive TV purchase should last more than a few years.

Save your money, absolute junk

Now a year later I have no audio on any hdmi ports unless I restart the tv every time I switch inputs. The menu is very laggy and doesn’t load fast at all on 250 mbps connection. The auto dimming and brightening can’t seem to be turned of even if you turn it off in the settings so on dark movies it almost strobes.

Should be called the Google Spy TV.

It continuously tries, no forces me to log in with a google ID. I don't want to log in with Google - I just want to watch TV. 45 minutes into a movie on Netflix, it jumps to the log on screen for google. Watching Hulu on Roku, 1 hour in, jumps to the log on screen for google. I freaking hate this TV. Please allow me to connect to internet via my wife WITHOUT having to log in with Google!!!!

Fine for the Warranty Period...

Bought the unit in March 2021 and as of today it no longer works. Display driver completely stopped working WHILE we were watching something. Since this unit is no longer for sale, I know this review won't prevent anyone from purchasing. Regardless, we won't be purchasing from these 2nd tier brands again.
