    This TV lasted about a year and a half before we got the "black screen of death" (Hisense customer service) is by far the least helpful I have ever dealt with as they told me to "just buy a new TV"... Will never buy Hisense anything ever again in my life. Spend the extra money, stay away from Hisense and buy from a company that will stand behind their product!

    The TV lasted only 1.5 years, power issue or damaged power supply. Either way its dead after 1.5 years. Unfortunately for me on the other side of the 1 year warranty. I called and all they could say was the warranty expired. Should be a recall as the manufacturer is aware of known defect and yet will do nothing for customers.

    Could have been a quality control issues - but tv came with a damaged panel. Very visible hot spots that were pink

    DO NOT BUY THIS TV. We picked it up a Nov 8, 2020 only to have the backlights go out Jan 10, 2022. Called are around, parts aren't available. Called Hisense and I was told that I need to buy another tv because they don't sale replacement parts and have no one that can fix it.

    Crap TV only good short term.

    Bought this TV March 6th and it's April 3rd and it went out so I owned it 13 months and now it's no good I got it on a Black Friday sale discount but any TV that goes out a little over years trash so I'm stuck because why would I pay $100 or $200 to fix a $600 TV that might break again poor quality and I'm done with Hisense brand.

    bought two 14 months later black screens on both

    Not Worth it bought two of them at same time and both had screens go out after 14 months. Cant even get help from Hisense customer service. Hard to believe what a waste of money for two 75" TV. Was going to buy more for business but since this happened and no customer service changed my mind on Hisense Products/

    If I could give 0 star, I would. This TV broke down less than two years of purchase. I called Hisense and was told my one year warranty had expired. Screen just went black with no explanation. Save yourself some headache and go for a different brand.

    Worked fine for about a year and then just stopped working. Like many others the screen went black. The sound still works but the picture isn’t working. Might not even be worth trying to fix it. Not worth the money for it to stop working only a year later. Very disappointed.

    I bought this TV 2 years ago and the entire system crashed. It will power on but keeps going to a black screen. I tried to factory reset it but it just turns off before the reset is complete. Waste of money. Apparently this is a known issue.

    Horrible TV, cheap quality, Damaged LED screen right out of the box. Screen had no cosmetic damage, but there were dozens of lines across the screen the first time I turned it on. I would not recommend this TV, yet alone the Hisense brand altogether.

    First tv wouldn't turn on at all. The second tv arrived with a huge crack. I'm currently waiting on the third. With all the great reviews I'm excited to get one that works but still waiting.
