Dropped my phone on multiple occasions and no scuff marks were visible on the case. The reason for 3 stars is that I find it extremely difficult to use the mute button. The knob on the case is hard to turn and sometimes doesn’t mute my phone when I turn it. Overall, it’s a decent case if you will be on a job site or drop it often.

Posted .Hi and thank yo for your feedback. The silent dial could be stiff for the first few times, but then it gets better. The same idea as a zipper ob the shoe, it is just need some time. Trouble with Mic

The Mic is covered by the case and everyone complains they cant hear me or I sound really far away.

Posted .Hi Court, please follow the instructions below and that will improve the audio quality right away: Insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case FIRST before fully inserting the phone into the case.
And when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port is open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the port still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio port, then close the plug.
