As the title says - splash proof, not water tight

But just a little bit of water got into the vessel and into the phone case. Will probably switch to a water tight box or bag

Try to insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case. And please let us know how it works at [email protected]. Followed their recommendations and still problems with the case. It’s poorly designed. Feels super cheap. Sound quality was horrible. Annoying distortion and buzz whenever calls or texts came in. Mute knob was impossible to operate. They say it takes a few days. Nope. Two weeks and it still did t work right. Contacted them again and was told by Luke, Sorry if it doesn’t fit my needs. Are you kidding?? I have the email to prove it. Never again. Defiant look elsewhere if you need a waterproof case.
