But all the new Otter Boxes don’t have the integrated screen like older models. So if you want a protective built in screen to protect your phone from the normal wear & tear this is your case.

Posted .Hi Trungie, the reason for that is the phone installation. Please reinstall the phone with the next instructions, they will improve the audio quality right away:
Insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case FIRST before fully inserting the phone into the case.
And when you place the phone inside the case, make sure the charging port are open, insert the seal (flexible part) with the port still open, and once you get the seal in place try to squeeze the air out from the case by sliding your fingers from top to bottom that will make the air go out through the audio port, then close the plugs, see if that works. That should improve the audio quality right away. Please follow the instructions: insert the phone into the case by resting the bottom of the phone into the case first before fully inserting the phone into the case. Great case for the price
