You have to be a fan of the franchise in order to fully enjoy this title. If not the franchise then the mere fact that Olga Kurylenko is in it should be more than enough. Oh yeah, Timothy Olyphant is ok too (haha!)

Not even good for a video game movie...

I went into the movie not expecting much. Most video game movies are very disappointing. However this was disappointing even for a video game movie.
Horrible acting, poor story, etc. The only good thing was the action sequences were descent.
I would avoid unless you are just a huge Hitman game fan.
