I hope ill get an email stating my game is ready for pickup, but the store didnt know where any copies even were

What is the point of a preorder?

Im trying to figure out how u could offer a preorder guarantee and not have the product for day one release and just keep dropping the ball on preorders

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I give them a big fat F for the preorder of the Hogwarts collectors edition, I call to the store and can’t speak to anyone, they hired a 3rd party from China to answer all of the customer complaints and talking to them upsets you off even more
