First, when I received this product there is a huge dent in the frame of this fan. Then when I tried to switch it on, it didn't work. Immediately I packed it back to return it, I peeled the receipt sticked in the box and I realized it was already a returned product. Why did Best Buy put it back in sale without even tested once. Disappointing....

Mainly its not built as solid but the main thing is THE CONTROL IS ON THE BACK... Loses 2 stars for that. This is very inconvenient as you got to pull the fan out to turn it on and off. So I just stuck in my office, cleaned the lakewood and continue using that.
