Several weeks ago I was told I would receive a return receipt in 3-5 business workdays, but have still not received it. When will it be sent? I don't feel it is fair to rate this item because I think my location is why it doesn't work. The site doesn't let me submit unless I rate it. So I'm giving it poor ratings. Please do not post them since I don't think it is fair to the product.
