For the price of this TV stand wasn't bad it's a nice charcoal gray color . Pretty easy to put together but I just did the TV stand itself but it comes with everything that you need for all three for this TV stand mount does not come swivel on the mount it does Chip easy other than that is a good quality TV stand three all in one and that's everything that's included which was nice so I have two different options I can use if I don't want just to use the TV stand I like that. Overall pricing was well worth my purchase.

I purchased the 65” Samsung QLED 70Q on Thursday 07/18 and picked it up the 19th. The mount I purchased with it didn’t work meaning I had to wait until Saturday the 20th to install it. As soon as I opened the box and saw how thin it was I was pleased. I have been buying TV’s from Best Buy forever. This is the best one yet!! It is so good I went to purchase another even though I DIDN’T need to replace my living room Samsung 65”. Much to my dismay, in the span of 1 day the price went up $400. I texted with support to see if they would honor the price from the day before and she refused. I ordered the TV anyway at the higher price because it is just that good. I could’ve gotten the 75” for the same $1,199.00 price but still chose the 65” because of the reviews. I am a Fire Stick streamer. Let me tell you as mentioned above no other Samsung TV remote integrated itself with the Fire Stick remote. THIS ONE DOES!! That’s why I wanted to replace my livingroom TV! Either way $799 or $1,199 it’s still an amazing TV

The delivery was nothing more than just a breath of fresh air. The guys showed up. They notified me that they were on the way they did exactly what they said they installed my TV cleaned up their materials and showed me everything about the TV how it works after they hooked it up and gave me a direct line for support. Should I need any help?

They arrived during the specified time which is a big plus. Both of the men were friendly and very efficient. They checked the doorway they would be coming through and the path to where the freezer was going to be sure there was sufficient room (I had done this myself before buying the freezer but appreciated their double checking). They had the freezer in place very quickly, gave me the keys for locking it, if needed, and little wrench for tightening the door handle. They made sure it was running and explained some of the features before leaving. I wish all deliveries went so smoothly.

The delivery (and removal of old washer) was quick and efficient. The delivery person was very patient, waiting for me to sweep & mop where the old washer had been. I was ready and it took me less than 7 minutes to accomplish, but he was very good natured and assured me that it was no problem - in fact, he was going to suggest it. Super nice guy - and very quick with the whole process.
