Excellent delivery men. Communicated well. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and expertly. Only problem is with the scheduling. Once the day is chosen, there is no opportunity to limit the 12 hour window or any way to speak to a human.

I can honestly say by far this is the best T.V. I ever purchased. First a Sony tv is a Sony tv there is no better price may be a bit higher then its competitors but you get what you pay for and the A95L 65” is amazing. Picture and sound on the tv are master series worthy. Highly recommend this tv

The guys were respectful. Showed up early. Offered to help move anything in the way, even though that part of prep. Finally, they made sure I was happy before they left. Would use them again.

This review is in 2 parts: The first part is a 100% 5 for the TCL QM8 65" TV itself. It exceeds all the positive reviews I read while doing my research. The second part is a 1 for the delivery service. I only needed the TV delivered and some help unboxing and moving it to its final location in the same room. I was assured multiple times via online chat that the delivery personnel would be able to assist me with unboxing and some assembly...not installation or set up, just waiting 5 minutes for me to attach the TV stand and help lift and move the (over 60 lbs) TV to its final place. They DID help unbox and move the TV to a location where I could attach the stand; however, they would NOT wait even 5 minutes to help put the TV in its final place. They not only refused to help, but were very rude about insisting on NOT helping, saying that even though I had assurance from the online agents (I got the same info from 2 different agents!), they couldn't stay and help, and just walked out the door. I think there needs to be a better definition of "delivery and installation" to better distinguish it from "setup". I did NOT need the TV to be set up, just delivered and installed, which I took to mean leave the TV in a location and state where I could start the setup myself. Not just drop off the box, open it, take the TV out and NOT leave it where it could be set up and used. And there also definitely needs to be coordination between what online agents SAY the delivery people will do and what the delivery people actually DO.

Best Buy was really good at communicating the timing for my scheduled home delivery. The team was on time and did a good job. I would use them again.

The 2 guys that delivered my merchandise was very professional but also nice. They called when they were on the way and arrived as promised. They worked together efficiently in getting the merchandise in my home with no problems. Install my washer quick and checked to ensure it worked before leaving. Most definitely would have them deliver and install again.

The gentlemen that delivered this product were absolutely wonderful! Polite and very professional unboxed and set fridge in garage and was ready to use. Thank you so much for wonderful service and timely manner in which the job was performed!!!!! Gold stars Althea way around!!!!!

The updates on my delivery were timely. The driver contacted me shortly before showing up. The delivery itself was fast and smooth. Both the driver and his helper were quite friendly and very good at their job.

We bought this tv online without even seeing it in person. I just read reviews and features. Had it delivered after a week (we had the tv 2 days from this review) 1. QUALITY - when it was first set-up by Geek Squad, I was kinda dissapointed of the quality of picture. It was not as clear as my 65” Samsung UN8000 which I purchased on Dec 2018. After playing with picture quality, I got it to where I want and it is much different from the first time it was switched on. It is very clear and sharp. In my honest opinion, my Samsung UN8000 still has a better picture and both are set on standard picture quality. I am not crazy about their magic remote. I guess, I am not use to it but I don’t like it. I don’t really see the sense of that “magic” remote. Note: My parents bought 75” Samsung Q60 QLED, they think that their 55” Samsung UN8000 has a better picture quality than the new Q60. This LG has a better quality than Samsung Q60. 2. PRICE - Original price for this was $1500. I’ve waited for this to be on sale. I watched the price as I was no hurry of buying a new tv for my living room. I got it for $1079. After a day, the price went down to $1049. I called Best Buy customer service and they adjusted my price to $1049. I got the refund of $30 plus tax. 3. GEEK SQUAD - TOTAL TECH SUPPORT MEMBERSHIP - to have this tv mount to our living room, it will cost $199 + tax per tv for premium mounting. I have 2 tv’s to mount so that would have cost me $398 + tax. I decided to get the membership for one year for $199 + tax and it cost me $49 per tv mounting. By getting the membership for a year, it saved me $99. It will save me more in the long run because of my plans to upgrade some appliances and lights before my membership expires. If you don’t want to join the membership, I would recommend to get the Basic Mounting for $149 instead of the Premium Mounting for $149 as long as you know the cable and wires that go with your tv. In my case, I only have a cable, blu-ray player and a sound bar which I could have done it myself but since being Geek Squad member, it is still $49 for either basic or premium mounting. I chose the premium one. 4. MOUNTING/INSTALLING SERVICE - the people who mounted my tv were contractors of Best Buy. I was expecting that Best Buy Geek Squad employees are the one that would actually install it. The guys that mounted my 2 tv’s did a good job in mounting them. However, they could not get my Dish cable set-up in my bedroom which I always have it. I just changed tv’s. I just don’t know if they just didn’t have time to really try their best to get it to work because they kept getting calls from their office and asking them what time they will get done because they have another client after me. Please note, that they just got here and they were already calling them. They probably got 4 phone calls during the time they were mounting the tv for about an hour and a half. Overall, I will give it a 4-star. I am not a tech-savvy. I am just an average tech user.

The TV was replacing a 70" Sharp and I was working on delivery day. The guys were so polite and my mother even made sure to tip them. The placed the TV safely where it wouldn't fall because I asked them to keep it close to a wall until I get home. A+ customer service and great communication!

These guys are pretty good. They delivered fast and everything was easy. One of the guys had a wandering eye so I was a little confused if he was talking to my wife or me so I’ve politely just smiled and nod.

They kept me up to date regularly on their arrival time. They did a great job of installing and educating me on the key points of installation. They were not just trying to get it done fast and get out of there. They really cared about the quality of the delivery and installation.

I bought my daughter a black dryer. Works amazing. Looks great next to her blue washer. So nice to have appliances that accommodate a large family. More than a luxury, a nessecity.

Geek Squad provided excellent support during my recent appliance setup. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and explained everything clearly. The installation was smooth, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend their service.

They delivered the tv safely and with no damaged scene on the box nor the tv and everything about how they let me know when their coming and showing you that their on route and how careful they are to place it right where it should be

This purchase is for a new build so I'm unable to rate the product currently; however, I wanted to give a shout out to our delivery agent, Heriberto, as he was the very definition of above and beyond. The product was slightly too large for the opening of the storage pod it was being placed in; however, Heriberto worked on it until he was able to find a solution. Excellent customer service

The tv was delivered right on time. Both gentlemen were very nice and helpful. They brought the tv down to my basement which was above and beyond.

We had our new washer delivered, installed and hauled away at the same time. The whole process went very quickly. We're glad we did it this way.

Transaction went smoothly, much much easier than having to transport the tv yourself. Also lots of flexibility regarding scheduling, highly reccomend!
