I had this washer now 5 years and it’s working like a charm. I never had any issues with it. As long as you separate your laundry and don’t overfill it it will work perfectly fine. Doing the monthly maintenance (self clean with afresh) and maybe switching to pods can also be very beneficial due to it dissolving better. This is an excellent alternative and more affordable option compared to more expensive name brands. I do however always recommend to purchase the GeekSquad protection for all major purchases. I didn’t have to use my GeekSquad protection plan on this unit and I had it for 5 years, but better safe than sorry.

The team that actually delivered the fridge was great to work with. The scheduling team however was not as good. The fridge delivery was pushed back 3 times and I asked for a call from management twice and promised calls, but no calls were made to me.

Picture is great and I really want to like the tv but same issue I have seen on another post. Watching football there at times and only has happened a couple of times a ghost or reflection image of the white face mask shows up. Very minor. Probably just a setting but I’m returning anyway. Other than that issue the picture and tv are great.

Great washer and dryer set. 6 years now and still working great. Kept up with the normal maintenance. Replaced door seal on washer for $60 and 45min of my time. I would buy it again.
