I purchased an older home with old appliances, so I purchased a new refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher from Best Buy. I live in a split-level home with the kitchen on the upper level, and they brought the 26.5 cu ft fridge in without a scratch. The connections to my old appliances basically had not been touched since they were first installed. It took some extra effort and time, but Carlos was so helpful!

The scheduling experience for delivery from Best Buy was difficult. When you schedule a delivery to a multifamily building (like our condominium), we must reserve dock time well in advance. Notification to us a day before delivery was not helpful, because we could not reserve the dock for that day. We were forced to re-schedule. The delivery itself (on August 29, from Pilot Freight) was prompt, from the dock to our apartment. However, the new refrigerator could not be completely installed. After the refrigerator was unboxed and in place, the installer informed us that he was not permitted to attach the ice-making kit to the existing ice-water line. This was a big surprise, since two prior refrigerators in that location had been successfully attached. It would have been very helpful if the salesperson had advised us of this possibility. Now we will not be able to connect the ice-maker until we resolve this issue. Also, the installers did not fully complete their job, since multiple pieces of hard-to-remove tape to the interior elements remained after they left. Once we removed the tapes, we found the adhesive residue also very difficult to remove without damaging the interior surfaces.

My Samsung washing machine runs perfectly. It's quiet and worth the price. There were extra fees for delivery, the hose kit and for hauling off the old washing machine. The total was nearly $850, but well worth it. The delivery team arrived at the time they stated. They were very kind. It took less than 30 minutes for them to complete the task. I would definitely recommend.

It’s the customer facing individuals like our delivery/install consultant that are making the experience for us post sale that keep us coming back for more business.
