The evolution of the TV situation comedy formula includes morality plays, political commentary, first-world problems, and train wreck relationships. Home Improvement found a brilliant niche, where in each episode quirky but well-meaning characters could gain a bit of insight into life's challenges, and so could the audience. Excellent, writing, casting, and direction make it all work. Having Disney as the studio gives it continuity and polish. You can watch these episodes again and again, without feeling they are tired or out of date.

Excellent 90's sitcom and I couldn't help but purchase this item when I saw it! It's a rare sitcom that is family friendly and touches real life topics. Tim Allen and Patricia Richardson were the perfect parents for this sitcom. If you enjoy great television or are nostalgic for the 90's, this DVD is for you!

I've looked everywhere for Home Improvement DVDs. I was amazed to find them in the discount bin at Best Buy. They work great and are everything I remember about the show: funny, original, and with a good message. This show is one of the all time greats.

Fun series for the family, nice to add to your collection. These are DVD but if you have a new 4K playing they seem to upscale well.

Are you still watching the show growing up. So when I found out it was on DVD it was a must have for me. Very funny. I would recommend this series for anybody who wants to laugh or if you just watch that growing up.

Classic TV from the late 80's/early 90's! Home Improvement was a great show, and having the DVD at home to enjoy whenever I want is wonderful!
