Nolan and the new guy mounted both of my TVs and hooked up my devices and speakers. They did a great job, although they are going to return to install my antenna.

I went in person to the Riverdale store and scheduled A home theater site survey for the following FRIDAY.
They ended up coming on Wednesday afternoon when I had a dental appointment. I did receive Communication about Wednesday, But I thought they Were going to confirm on Wednesday the time on Friday
Kyle did the site survey on Wednesday without me present. I did have my wife and interior designer present (Representing me)and they showed Kyle my proposed home theatre plans. I was uncertain From the representatives feedback, what Best Buy could / would do. Kyle said to call him.
I called the phone # I had for Kyle on four (4) Separate occasions. I never could connect with him.
I have the mounting bracket installed, and I’m still uncertain if Best Buy will mount the TV to the bracket and hook up and sync the Sound system to it. I sent detailed information regarding the specs with Brand and model number of the Samsung 8K TV and the sound bar system.
Kyle Left feedback With my representatives that the sound bar needed to be moved from my original planned placement.

Extremely disappointed with the experience. I paid over 4K but poor quality. The TV install was not completed as promised.
Wires were left hanging outside. The geek squad member essentially did not do as promised. I told him to take the tv back and he stated it will be done on a different day. My previous tv was taken off and the mount was left on the ground. The audio cable was to be in the wall but left out.
I was charged 350 dollars to connect a balun. My option was to accept this situation or have open holes in the drywall wall

In earlier rating, I LOVE my VAVA Projector.
I just can't get an appointment to do Survey/Install mount on wall.
Geek Squad refuses to make an appointment, both online, and at the 16th/Harrison Store. They even charged me a penny, to complet the online process, but then told me to go to store, for them to make the appt. I went to store, and manager cancelled the order, saying that there is no contractor for my area/apt building.
Then I called this number: 800-304-7955, and they cancelled the order, AGAIN, and tried to schedule it, but could not.
Put me on hold for over 20 minutes, only to say a supervisor will call me back. They never have.
Why can't I get a Survey done?
Why?
I CANNOT Recommend this Service, Geek SQUAD Survey Service, to anyone, based upon my experience with trying to use it.

Where do I begin. Let's talk about what the did right. The survey started out well. The tech arrived on time. I was trying to mount speakers for surrounds and run speaker wire for my speakers. Did not need to do an attic run on the wire. The challenge would be finding mounts for some tricky surround speakers. The tech was like let me check on this and get back to you. So far so good. And this is where it went sideways. A week goes by. No call. So finally I go up to the store. I'm on record as being visited. No record of any progress on the job or not. Heck Id have been ok with there's just not a way we can mount these. No is an acceptable response it lets me know my options. But I get NOTHING. Just some # I have to call to get some geek squad assistance that NOBODY picks up the phone to answer. I finally get upset leave the store. I'm a pretty easy going guy. But to not get an answer back to your customer? Completely unacceptable. By the way I found a way to mount those speakers. If they'd follow up with me they might just find that all I NEED is a simple wire run and Id be willing to pay to do that heck if they came by I might just change my review. Can I do it myself. Yes. But do I want to after working long hard hours at the hospital? Heck no I'd rather pay someone to do it. If only I could get somebody PROFFESIONAL enough to contact me BACK!!!!
