    SO VERY UNHAPPY, IT WAS DELIVERED TO ME IN ITS PRODUCT PACKAGE SHOWING TO THE WHOLE WORLD WHAT IT IS WHILE IT WAS SITTING ON MY PORCH. THE WORST EXPERIENCE WAS MY MOTHER BROUGHT IT IN WHICH WAS TO BE HER X-MAS GIFT AND NOW ITS RUINED . THANKS SO MUCH BEST BUY FOR UPSETTING MY DAY AND X-MAS......

    This massager does not heat up and it’s very uncomfortable to put behind your back or even under your legs I would suggest don’t buy it

    this is my first shiatsu massager. i previously tried one 10 years ago and it was great. ive read the bad reviews and i bought this item anyway. i never get a massage. this massager is wonderfully different. i still feel the massage effect on my back. its tingling after five minutes. the previous reviewers on this item are pampered. after a few hours of labor this massager will come in handy to soothe the muscles. great item i hope it lasts
