Very versatile neck and shoulder massager but I use it all over my back. I usually use it while watching TV/movie to unwind. Uncomfortable when using while lying in bed, I guess it's designed for sitting upright. Battery wise it's last very long and takes about 2 hours to fully charge. There you have it, relax and enjoy.

This really digs in to sore and tight muscles. If using while in bed it’s a little hard to place on desired part of body. Has a tendency to move out of position. Worth dealing with these small annoyances for the deep massage you get.

What a great idea! A cordless massager that doesn't keep a person tied to a spot with an electrical outlet. The fact that the rotation reverses direction periodically is also a good idea. It didn't seem to put out much heat to me, which for me, isn't a deal breaker. Also using the heat function drains the battery faster.

Fantastic massager!! Not the lame vibration style! You get a strong deep massage that leaves you feeling relaxed. Great for someone with chronic back problems.

last one my wife had broke, she had been trying to find one for awhile. This one works great and the cordless function is great

Bought 2 pillows as Mother's Day gifts. My Mom absolutely loves hers. However, my wife's ended up being defective. It started making a loud clicking noise. I took it apart and it seems like a washer somehow ended up out of place. I don't recommend taking it apart as everything falls out of place and it is difficult to get it back together. It seems to be running more slowly after the repair, so I'd recommend return/exchange or protection/warranty fulfillment if you run into the same issue.

Good enough! Nice massage action. The whole device needs to be placed just right so it doesn’t travel too high or low.

I had the earlier version of this and it lasted 4 years before it broke down. And I used that daily. I'm hoping this one lasts as long. So far it's been doing very well, same as the first one. The great upgrade of this one is it being wireless with rechargeable batt.

The massage feels good, and much better than I expected before trying it. I knocked off 2 stars though because I could barely feel the heat that is supposedly one of the main features in the product description. Had it not mentioned the heat as a primary feature, I would have given it 5 stars.

So relaxing after a hard day at work. This massager feels like strong hands kneading all the right spots. Move your head and neck slightly and it positions itself to massage different areas.

I love this little message device. And so does the rest of my family will purchase more.

Battery life is subpar imo. Should’ve just made it corded. Now there’s a chance you’ll disconnect the cable since it isn’t one piece. Does the job, feel like I could’ve done the job at half the price though.
