Love it! Helps me relax my tense neck and trap muscles!

Great for relieving back pains. I’ve used it on my legs to relieve soreness. The charge lasts a while.

Good for a quick relaxation and during long road trips. My son used it and took it with him in his last visit, so I had to buy two. One for me and one when he comes down to visit to stay in his old room. I purchased this item at half price during the Deal of the Day

This really digs in to sore and tight muscles. If using while in bed it’s a little hard to place on desired part of body. Has a tendency to move out of position. Worth dealing with these small annoyances for the deep massage you get.

Very versatile neck and shoulder massager but I use it all over my back. I usually use it while watching TV/movie to unwind. Uncomfortable when using while lying in bed, I guess it's designed for sitting upright. Battery wise it's last very long and takes about 2 hours to fully charge. There you have it, relax and enjoy.

What a great idea! A cordless massager that doesn't keep a person tied to a spot with an electrical outlet. The fact that the rotation reverses direction periodically is also a good idea. It didn't seem to put out much heat to me, which for me, isn't a deal breaker. Also using the heat function drains the battery faster.

I like that it’s easy to reposition and that I doesn’t have to stay on a wired charger to operate. Makes it more versatile. Also, comes fully charged right out of the box! The heat function is pretty weak, but fine for the price.

Bought 2 pillows as Mother's Day gifts. My Mom absolutely loves hers. However, my wife's ended up being defective. It started making a loud clicking noise. I took it apart and it seems like a washer somehow ended up out of place. I don't recommend taking it apart as everything falls out of place and it is difficult to get it back together. It seems to be running more slowly after the repair, so I'd recommend return/exchange or protection/warranty fulfillment if you run into the same issue.
