I'm not sure what I was expecting but this is a disappointment. I'm pretty sure that the vibrating top does not constitute massaging and you must put in FAR too much work dragging it back and forth across your own head. It gets kind of boring without any real satisfaction.

The item I received was missing the rubber guard on one of the tentacle. I had to put a tape over it to be able to use without cutting my head. Did not go back to best buy to return as I was busy to do so. Also the tentacles are too weak. Perhaps sturdier tentacles will do the job better.

Was not worth the purchase. Wish it had better features.

A bit clunky at times, sometimes it wouldn’t turn on sometimes it would, but you get what you pay for.

It really makes your scalp tingle. I just wish it was more sturdy.

Well, it was a great head massager while it lasted. Unfortunately it stopped working after a few weeks. The vibration stopped and never resumed even after I changed out the batteries.

I didn't want to do it, but best buy kept asking me to review this thing... So here it is. I got this because I had $15 best buy money from rewards and it was expiring soon. Head massagers are a wonderful thing. This is not that. 50% of the probes go around your scalp and massage your head... Yum. The other 50% stab your scalp... Not yum. Also the vibrator is just numbing and not pleasing at all. Tried to physically remove it. It's now just a forgotten relic lost somewhere in the house. Should you buy this? No you shouldn't.

The power is a bit strong when turned on. So I just turned it on and off when using it.

This thing does not work and mine came used dirty and hair on it. Completely gross especially with a pandwmic going on. Unacceptable Best Buy!

Vibration is useless. Only vibrates plastic base you hold in your hand, no vibration comes to 12 massage scalp points. Consider it as regular manual scalp massager.

Does not massage your scalp. Its only vibrating, nothing at all.

Worth every penny! I get tension headaches occasionally from either stress and/or allergies and this makes my head feel SO much better! You’ll be so happy you bought this.
