My husband has to have pressed uniforms everyday for work, so this machine has cut my nightly prep time in half. It is small enough to keep out of the way in our extra bedroom, and sets up easily. It is effective most of the time, however I have found myself going over the same wrinkled area multiple times, when just before I only had to do one or two passes in another area. Overall it is definitely worth the money and saves me a great deal of time when I can't/ don't want to iron.

The steamer heats up quickly, but then the reservoir over heats and the machine shuts off. Causing you to have to repeatedly reset the machine; which requires turning it off, unplugging it, flipping the reset switch, plugging it back in, turning it back on and then waiting for it to produce steam again. It made large projects quite lengthy. We followed the reset procedure until day 4 when it quit allowing us to reset the machine and was just stuck in shut off mode. We were only using the machine for 1 hr max per day.

good price for a personal use steamer, but it took me a lot of time to finish one garment. performance is just OK, not what I expected, a little bit disappointed. but I will keep it anyway because of the pricing.

Having my own will save me many trips to my families house to borrow theirs. Very happy to own one of my own:)

Works well and is as described but the hose could be a bit longer

It is a steamer it gets hot, steams. Then it trips off then it drips. I think for a steamer it is ok. I think most drip.

This item really helps clothes come back to life w/out ironing

This is an OK steamer. It does spit water some so don't use it on silk things or things that will spot. I use it for a quick smooth out of wrinkles so I don't have to get my iron and ironing board out. Pants still need to be ironed to get that crease. I would have sent this item back but too much trouble so I kept it.

Product successfully did as advertised. No gimmick no thrills.

A bit hard to use but great product, it just takes a while to steam up. Regardless of that, when the product is in use it does a good job.

Very easy to set up my wife love it only take 5 minutes to set up :-)
