But I think I got the last one as it was discontinued at our location luckily I got the last one right when I needed it and it was discounted down to like $36!! Great for my suits, refreshing the furniture and makes cleaning / wiping down the stainless steel fridge!

Excellent device for almost pain-free ironing of clothes.

I probably got the one bad one in the lot but the first time I used it I had problems. First, the safety shut-off switch kept shutting down the machine in the middle of use. I pressed the switch to turn it back on and it would shut down again within 30 seconds to 1 minute. After a few times of that happening it just stopped working all together. I returned it to my local Best Buy and they quickly refunded the purchase price.

I bought this steamer to reduce my dry cleaning cost and also have a professional look. The steamer got hot very quick, but then failed to remove wrinkles from my shirt. I took it back, it was a waste of my money.

Product failed, It took more time than an iron, I would not even accept this item even as a gift, may be just me that I had a bad one.

Poor construction and even with water in it, it is very light and falls over, doesn't roll well and the hose is very short. We returned this product.

Doesn't always beat up and it doesn't take all the wrinkles away

I purchased the product with the hope that I could replace having to take my clothes to the dry cleaners and save some money. That is simply not going to happen, the product does not press my clothes in a manner that I feel professional enough to show up at a business meeting. The shirt sleeves wrinkle very quickly after putting my shirt on. IT does work better on pants but I am still going to return the product.

It's okay for the money. I'm glad I bought the extended warranty. It's pretty cheaply made and I wonder if it will last two years without breaking.

Great product when in need of a quick iron! Easy to use.

This product didn't stream any wrinkles out of my clothes but it sure did soak them! Unfortunately, I had to return it & I hate returning things!

This was awesome for all of my gentle clothing that I did not want to use an iron. But about 3 months into using it on a fairly regular basis the water sensing mechanism got stuck on empty and short of taking it apart, there was no way to fix it so I had to trash it. Not worth the money.

I steam everyday instead of ironing, its much faster and easier. The steam kept backing up in this steamer from the very first use. It took almost 10 minutes to properly steam my barely wrinkled shirt because the steam kept stopping. I finally gave up and returned this item.

We bought this in 2015 and it's been broke for over 4 months I just didn't remember where we bought it, definitely not a product I will recommend to anyone

It broke down 6 months later but I never bought a repair plan so I just lost my money, read reviews before you buy
